Vse skupaj, z vgradnim WC splakovalnikom, talnim ogrevanjem in kaminsko pecjo na premog vred, je stalo 3500 EUR. Delal sem v glavnem sam, razen vodovodnih instalacij in ogrevanja (350 EUR) in vezave elektrike (stricu sem dolzan uslugo). Studio (45m2 netto) sem koncal v 4 mesecih.
V Ljubljani stane m2 2000 EUR.
